PRESENTATION DINNER

Following the cancellation of the Christmas/Presentation Dinner on Saturday 18th December, due to the poor road and weather conditions, it is proposed to hold it at the same venue, The Hafod Hotel, Devil's Bridge, at 7.30pm on Saturday 26th February, 2011. A discount on the cost of the meal will still be available for all paid up members from 2010.

Tim Mackley is arranging the event and he should be contacted, if you wish to have details of the menu and cost of the rooms. Please support the event and bring along something for the raffle and to auction.

PLEASE NOTE                            

If you want to volunteer to be a Clerk of the Course (CoC), or assist when there is only one CoC shown, let the relevant CoC know or ask a Committee member.

The Competition Secretary, Ian McMahon, needs to apply for the event permit from the M.S.A. This requires at least SIX WEEKS before the event takes place, or the Club may get fined. Please be aware of this and plan your trial well in advance by making sure the site you want is available.

Please check with the landowner and make sure they will allow us onto the land and that they are aware of exactly what the Club wants to do.
